Can't seem to download Retro Pie

I attempted on multiple browsers/OS/Computers, the same thing happens.
It starts but quickly fails:
"Failed - Forbidden"I tried the torrent people share in this situation (is this a common issue? perhaps you should host the download somewhere else)
Is there a mirror or something?

@omega_mog Just downloaded it twice as a test. It took 1min 30 secs on both occasions at an average of 7.5MB/s. Where are you located? maybe an isp issue?
