Help controller won't respond in Roms.

I was able to play games and that jest fine. But the today the Roms dont detect the controller. It house fine in the menu but when ever it boots up a from it won't register. And I don't really won't to restart the whole station from scratch, and would like to avoid doing that if possible.

Built From: (Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website, Berryboot, or on top of existing OS etc.. - please provide the filename of any image used)

Error messages received:
Log found in /dev/shm/runcommand.log (if relevant):
Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide)
File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable)
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
