How do I screenshot the system backgrounds?

Hi,
I know about screenshotting in games, but what about when you're in the menu and scrolling between emulators such as Nintendo? Can you screenshot them?
It's very hard to take a picture with a camera of them, and they usually turn out low res or not straight enough - very frustrating. I'd really appreciate some help.

raspi2png is probably your best bet. Here's a link where it's been discussed previously in relation to RetroPie.
