    Copied install img from smaller sd card to larger but still shows i have the same storage amount

      I started my retropie project with a 16gb sd card. I quickly ran out of room so upgraded to a 32 GB sd card. I copied the image from the smaller sd card to the larger card. It worked and the rpi boots and everything is there however its still saying im out of storage space and that 15 GB is whats used but there should still be at least 15 more GB of space on the card.

        @rscott8650 You need to expand the filesystem on the device, this operation is automatic on first installs, but after restoring the backup you need to use raspi-config to do it. You can start raspi-config from the RetroPie system in Emulationstation and then choose Advanced Options,then pick the 1st option (expand the filesystem).
