Emulator - lr-pcsx-rearmedI've been trying to setup my PSX library and have had many issues, I understand that Steven's scraper won't work with the PSX so I decided to use Emulationstations built in scraper which works fine (despite the lack of video)
A friend visited this afternoon and let me take a load of roms+videos+artwork off of his build, I copied it all over although it was in a real mess, lots of details missing and duplicates plus a HUGE gamelist.xml with 100 odd entries related to content which was not included.
I stupidly thought that by deleting gamelist.xml, a new version would be generated in it's place although that hasn't happened. I went into emulationstation and used the default scraper to get all the info although once I reboot, the rom list is back to centered mode with no information... I'm guessing that without gamelist.xml, it has nowhere to save the scraped information.
Is there a way to auto generate this list? Any help appreciated

@baviaannl Normally Emulationstation would re-generate the list when it starts. Most likely you altered permissions on the folder where the gamelist is saved and it cannot save it.
What's the content of the/home/pi/.emulationstation/es_log.txt
file ?
Btw, Steven Selph's scraper supports PSX - https://github.com/sselph/scraper/wiki/Supported-Platforms -
@mitu Steven's scraper doesn't work for me, I think it's due to the fact that my roms are in the PBP format. I tried a work around by giving several files the .cue format, Stevens scraper did make an attempt at that stage although they all failed as they couldn't find the correct hash.
That file you requested is too big for pastebin, its roughly 6mb in size, is there any information in particular you'd like me to pull off of the file?

I don't know, can you spot any obvious errors related to your gamelist ?
