Bezel/overlay question...
What would cause overlays not to show up if they are the same dimensions as ones that are showing up? png and cfg files are both there.. but when I load Rom, it's just black borders.. I'm using neopie arcade image. Could something be set to not allow certain overlays? Why would some I add in work but some not...

@kmetz7547 Can you attach the actual overlay png files? (not sure if this forum allows attaching actual files and not just the image copied)
