I recently reimaged retropie v4.3 from https://retropie.org.uk/download/ for my respected pi (2 b) and whenever I try to download something from retropie setup it doesn't work for example the scraper it says...

      Error running tar -xv -z -C /opt/retropie/supplementary/golang --strip-components 1' - returned 2

      and

could not successfully install Scraper for EmulationStation by Steven Selph (/home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/scraper/scraper not found).

      and for drastic it says...

      Error running tar -xv -j -C /opt/retropie/supplementary/golang --strip-components 1' - returned 2

Please HELP!! and be patient with me I am somewhat new to all this.

      -St.J

@saint_jimmy Just a cable is not enough to make the Pi have internet. Did you configure any connection sharing on your PC ? How is your PC connected to the internet ? Wifi/Cable ?
