Manual Install on top of full

I downloaded Mario 64, and it worked fairly well. Eventually, I had to exit, but then I received the dreaded exit on startup with no output bug. If there's any info I can give, please ask. I really have no idea what's happening, as Mario Kart 64 works fine.
