Rebooting when launch retroarch/libretro emulator.

Hello every one.
I'd wrote new retropie 3.8 on sd card for raspberry pi 3. When I try launch any emulator or retroarch raspberry going to reboot. Other emulators, kodi, other soft worked fine.
Where I can take/write ligs for searching errors?P.S. On display blinking colored bar. Can this problem be from power issue?

you got it! needs to be a 2.5a/5.1v powersupply for a pi3.
