ES - Error saving resized image. Out of memory ? Disc full?

Raspberry Pi 3B
Original Power Supply
RetroPie 4.4 installed from the OG image
minipac USB interface
32 GB microSD cardHi looking for some advice on this error when trying to scrape metadata/images. I am running 4.4 and I did have some permission problems originally when I moved files from 4.3 over to my new install with 4.4. I fixed those and hoping that I don't have more, I already made sure pi owns the download_images directory for ES.
I did boot up my old 4.3 image that I had saved and it also receives the same error scraping so maybe its just with the site that it's pulling from. I do see a file being downloaded into /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/downloaded_images/arcade however it's very very small, 348 bytes. All my other images are 20,000+bytes. When ES is scraping it will find the correct game(s) however I notice there is no image in the preview screen, which normally there is. I hear the gamesdb site has issues a lot so just hoping that is all this is.
lvl0: Error - File type unknown!
lvl0: Could not initialize texture from memory, invalid data! (file path: , data ptr: 12664352, reported size: 348)
lvl0: Could not resize image! (not enough memory? invalid bitdepth?)
lvl2: ScraperSearchComponent search error: Error saving resized image. Out of memory? Disk full?I went to the gamesdb site and when I search, I get just a blank screen, not sure if that is normal.

@stoney66 this happens for me from time to time. It usually means connection issues with the games database website. Try again the next day and it might work better.

cool thanks @quicksilver, I figured as much. I rarely add games so this kinda threw me off esp will all the permissions problems I created for myself moving from 4.3 to 4.4.
