      I downloaded some ps1 games and put themninto the psx file then I put it in the raspberry pie and started it at fist I didn't see the games so I restart the system but still nothing I did this a couple of time until I gave up.

      Can someone pls tell me what I did wrong and how I can male it right

          @jens If you downloaded Retropie from this website , then the PS1 emulator is present by default. What kind of format are the ps1 games? For example Bin files are not visible in Retropie,..you need a cue file to go with the bin file. An easier format is .pbp (eboot : ps1 games made to work on the PSP, but also work in Retropie).

            If you have the games in the zip folder still it wont read it which is why you would need to extract the image files in order for it to show up.
            So the formats that it mainly reads are ISO, IMG, Bin/Cue and PBP so make sure your games in that format when in the folder ok.
