Overlay settings

Can anyone please direct me to where overlay settings are kept. I want to not only transfer my arcade overlays to a new image, but want my size settings to get transferred as well...

There is no fixed folder for the actual image of the overlay. Libretro cores require the overlay image + 2 cfg files (one of these cfg must be in the same folder of correspoding rom).
