Restoring cores controls to default

is there a way to restore to default the controls settings for a given retroarch core?

Do you want to restore controls to a game/core you remapped, or do you want to remove the default controls in RetroArch?

Edit: Assuming it's the prior, the remap files can be found and deleted at /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/config/remaps/. It seems like you may now be able to remove the map from the core controls menu where you remaped to begin with as well, but I'm not sure.

I remapped the controls of almost every core because of my joystick layout. I'm gonna buy a new controller with a different controller and default mappings are more fitting.

I need to have the cores just like if I never remapped their controls
