Arcade CRT Retropie Build

@Wolfanoz made a arcade only iso for 4.4 it looks awesome. My question is could it be modified for better use on a cga arcade monitor. I am aware of how to get it to output but would love a custom build that plays the games in full screen not bordered. Although this looks great on hd displays it wont really work for crt's. Also if it was pre configured for cga and connection to a j-pacs control schemes that would be a huge plus

If this isn't a possibility can someone help me configured
Also if someone could point in the right direction for a really basic front end that would look would a 240p that would help.
