Contra lr-FBAlpha Graphical Glitch

Hello, I'm seeing a graphical glitch in lr-FBAlpha for Contra the arcade game. It appears some of the colors are messed up. All other games are fine and I updated my system to be the latest packages. I have an RPi-3 non-overclocked. This game used to run fine, not sure what happened.

@greenhawk84 it was reported upstream one month ago : http://neo-source.com/index.php?topic=1731.msg25862;topicseen#msg25862 , so it will be fixed in the next big release.
