While updating thru retropie setup my Pi got stuck at the beginning of system update process "get 5...". Had to switch it off.
System booted with no errors, emulationstation and roms still work fine but, Retropie Setup no longer works.
      Error messages here.
First error basically tells that the system cannot find the Setup_env command.
All other errors probably related to that.
Was able to update apt repositories and to download latest setup script but still getting same errors.
yes I know I should have made a backup and I usually do!
      Any help welcome!

      Raspberry Pi3 b+, Retropie 4.4 , Linux 4.14.70-v7+ armv7l GNU/Linux), no overclock,32 GB SD with plenty of free space.

@udb23 Move/rename the RetroPie-Setup script folder, then get the latest version again.

        cd
        git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup.git

Then try again running the setup script.

@mitu said in Retropie_Setup errors after failed update:

          git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup.git

          Great tip: it worked !
          Currently updating all installed cores.

          Thank you so much !
