I was looking through related items from some gamepads and I have stumbled upon this listing:

      Retropie 11,000+ Games for Raspberry Pi 2, 3 & 3 B+ by FL Techz

It has 55 reviews, so it was probably there for a while. I reported it, but it might not be down until more people will.

Edit: Just noticed the "report" button on the page is only about inaccurate description, so that probably will do nothing. I found this page about infringement, but it seems I need to be rights owner or agent to report it. Maybe someone from retropie team can do it?

Edit2: There is more! 1, 2, 3(this one uses Retropie as its name), 4, 5. There is probably more, but I am losing track.

Edit3: I have contacted Amazon, customer service has forwarded the above links to the appropriate departments and they said they will keep me in the loop, and that those sellers should get banned soon.
I still think it would be a good idea for the retropie creators to claim infringement on those, and maybe even claim retropie as trademark on amazon.

@cybrasty thanks. I have reported many. Unfortunately more appear. We can register our trademark with some sites like eBay and amazon I think to speed things up, but it's all time consuming. I'd rather work on the code - I have spent such a horrible amount of time dealing with legal and trademark issues. Not fun.

At the very least you can modify the links with a httx or something so we don't increase the SEO by linking from the forum.

If you read the documentation it will answer 99% of your questions: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/

@buzz Didn't know it was a known problem. For what it's worth, whenever I will see some, I will report them.

@herb_fargus Changed the links to httpx. Yeah, don't want them to get any more clicks - thanks for the tip.
