RPi 3b: 2.1 amps power supply doesn't seem safe and audio crackles

So, my official RPi3B power supply broke a long time ago, and I'm kinda broke, so I have been using an Android power supply with 2.1 amps maximum output (W/ 5 volts of course).
So, can anyone help me with the audio crackling on lr-mgba (On RetroPie)
and lr-pcsx-rearmed and maybe others (I've just installed RetroPie, and transferred ROMs so I haven't done much testing). -
Does the crackling get worse the closer the Pi is to the charging block?

The cable I have is not really long so I can't really push it that far away (BTW, The audio output is connected trough the 3.5 mm audio jack to average old speaker wich work fine with other devices). Also my cables are a mess so It's not easy to de-tangle them

Coiling cables can create electrical interference. This is how inductive charging works. Untangle at least the one cord.
Is the rainbow or lightning bolt present on the screen at all?

Ocassionally only the lightning bolt shows up in the top-right edge of the screen.

Alright, got the audio cable detangled, now should I test the audio?

@NiCKOz if you are using the headphone jack you need to open up the file /boot/config.txt and remove the # in front of the line #disable_audio_dither=1 and save the file.
