Psx roms not appear in the emulation after transfer

I added some psx roms (using network method) then i did restart emulation , after that the roms not appear in the emulation , by the way , the extension for each rom (.bin) , so is that enough ? Or they should have another extension ?

.binfiles are not enough, you need the corresponding cuesheet files - see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Playstation-1/#why-arent-my-bin-files-showing-in-emulation-station. -
