hi there, is there anyway to copy a retropie setup (running on a lubuntu pc) to a new pc? I was running my setup on an old slimline HP PC. Ive just got a dell optiplex 990 i5 2400 system running a gtx 1050, i remember when i first set up my retropie build it took ages to install all the steps and get my roms on there, i dont reall want to go through that whole process again so wondered if there is a way to just copy my setup to a 1tb hdd and transfer it that way.

      thanks :)

Just copy the relevant files from one system to another - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Updating-RetroPie/#making-a-backup-option-2. If they're both using the same version of RetroPie, it should be ok.

@mitu I tried that link but I don't have a C:/Users/Herb Fargus/ folder on my Windows 10 installation. Do you think Herb would be willing to swing by and log into my machine sometime soon? :^()
