I got a question that i keep wondering about...
I heard that the odroid family of boards are temporarly as in that
2019 is the last year you can buy them then after that they wont sell them anymore...
Which kind of makes me scared that raspberry pi is also doing this??
I hope not because i like to see athe pi 4,5 etc.. and better software support/tweaks and updates..
My fear is they will stop selling them and people will stop developing software for it..
      But who knows...

The ODROID line isn't going away. They are guaranteeing that the current builds will be available until 2019. After that expect the next generation to have been developed and ready for release.

There have been multiple generations of ODROID boards.

Growing older is mandatory. Growing up is optional!
        Enjoy the ride!

Do you have any source ? Seems like nonsense rumours.

There are millions of users and ton of additional hardware for the Raspberry Pi, so much software, so much industry. I can't imagine that they would stop developing the Pi (now). I think you must have misunderstood something, maybe language issues.

To add information based on a neutral, source-based level :

"The Raspberry Pi Foundation is a UK-based charity that works to put the power of digital making into the hands of people all over the world, so they are capable of understanding and shaping our increasingly digital world, able to solve the problems that matter to them, and equipped for the jobs of the future.

We provide low-cost, high-performance computers that people use to learn, solve problems and have fun. We provide outreach and education to help more people access computing and digital making. We develop free resources to help people learn about computing and how to make things with computers, and train educators who can guide other people to learn."

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme or a profit-or-die, nor has it ever been. It is a community developed for education and experiences. Perhaps if the technology gets bottlenecked and a newer more advanced board grabs the market it will become the leading hardware, but the community will not stop...especially with as has been invested in it.

If you look at raspberry pi units regardless of hardware generation, many millions of pis have been sold. Now, only a fraction of them are used for emulation. However, that still makes them better selling and more successful the some game consoles. I don't think that you should be worried about the pi losing support. I even read that there are a couple of pis operating in space.
