@JuanZt Please don't re-open 2 years old topics - most of the information is outdated and many improvements have been made since. I've split your post into a separate topic.

Replying to your original question - did configure your PS3 controller as wired also, in addition to the bluetooth connection ? Is it a genuine PS3 controller or a clone ?

It's an original PS3 controller no clone.

It's only configure for bluetooth connection.

        Thank you in advance.

@JuanZt Did you enable, by any chance, the RetroArch option 'Save Configuration on Exit' ? Can you provide the log file (/dev/shm/runcommand.log) after starting a game ?

            How can I do this?

I don't change anything manually. Only default options.

Use SSH to access the file system on the Pi. Before running the ROM, make sure you enable verbose logging in the Runcommand launch menu so the log file has more information.

Is there anyway to copy this file to a folder that is shared in samba?

It is a problem that occured trough something you did. I installed my 4.4 from scratch and everything works fine right out of the box.

                      @mitu runcommand.log:
                      https://pastebin.com/rn2quc5T

I configure PS3 controller wired and wired it works but not on bluetooth.

Your gamepad does not have a configuration file. The log file shows:

                        [..]
[INFO] [udev]: Pad #0 (/dev/input/event0) supports 16 force feedback effects.
                        [INFO] [Autoconf]: 1 profiles found.
[INFO] [Autoconf]: no profiles found for PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller (1356/616).
[INFO] [Joypad]: Found joypad driver: "udev".
[WARN] [udev]: Full-screen pointer won't be available.
                        [...]

When you configure your gampad in Emulationstation, it automatically creates an autoconfiguration profile for Libretro based emulators in the /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypad folder. This process is described in the docs.

You're missing the profile, so your configuration file did not get created or maybe Emulationstation cannot write to that folder (which should not happen on a default installation) or you didn't configure the gampad at all in Emulationstation.

I'd advice to reset your controller configuration and re-configure your gamepad while connected via Bluetooth. You can reset from Retropie Setup Script from Manage Packages >> Manage Core Packages >> EmulationStation >> Configuration / Options >> Clear / Reset EmulationStation Input Configuration.
