      Hi

Pi Model or other hardware: 3B+
      Power Supply used: Cankit 2.5a / 5v
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.4
Built From: Image download from Retropie

Initially, both controllers work fine, until I've switched between several emulators / games several times ( the number of times is seemingly random - could be 2 could be 5 ) when both controllers stop working in ALL emulators ( i.e., Vice, LinApple, MAME ), yet they still work outside of games in Emulation Station, RetroPie Setup as so on.

I need to reboot the Pi in order to get them to work again inside emulators. I'm finding this odd.

      My controllers are 2:

      1. Xbox Controller wired ( 2015 model - with updated latest firmware )
      2. Xbox Controller Bluetooth - 1708

      Any suggestions very much appreciated.

      Thanks

Do you ever get the undervoltage flash icon during gameplay ?
Is it possible to get a RetroArch log when this error occurs - run the game with 'verbose logging' enabled from the Runcommad launch menu, then get the /dev/shm/runcommand.log file and upload it to pastebin.com.

Also, add the full info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first - the Retropie version, image used, etc.

Thanks for you reply. No, I don't get the undervoltage symbol. I'll upload the run command.log ( not at home )

I recently changed to RetroPie from RecalBox and didn't have this issue with the wired controller so its less likely to be issues with the power supply.
