Logitech F710 A-button quits lr-pcsx-rearmed

Hi,
I've got some problems with the Logitech F710 controller.
I've configured it with the configuration wizard, used config-files i've found online and even reset all controller configurations.
I've found this topic with more or less the same problem: Logitech F710 buttons works as hotkeys in lr-pcsx-rearmed
Unfortunately this does not seem to work for me.
Everytime I press the "A-Button" of the controller the emulator instantly quits.

Does anybody has any idea how to solve this?

P.S. resetting the configuration was done with this guide:

@myname You don't need to use any config file or modify any file whatsoever. Just follow the documentation and map your controller from Emulationstation, skip the Hotkey button assignment and then choose yes to use Select as the Hotkey button. That's it.
