Thanks I thing I explained it wrong I mean the warning screen but cant see this option mame2003-skip_warnings = enabled in the config file, can I add it

are you actually using lr-mame2003? latest version? you might have to rebuild lr-mame2003 from binaries or possibly from source to get this option, as it's quite new!
