      Hi,

I am considering to hook up a couple of SNES classic controllers to my Retropie. I think the Raphnet classic controller usb adapter v2 is a good choice. I read that the dual might require some workarounds to work properly, it is probably easier to just buy a couple of single ones?

I use an xbox 360 wireless controller for the moment, but the D-PAD and the buttons being switched around is not what I really expected.

@whocarez Where did you read about the workarounds ? I expect the adapter to show correctly the 2 controllers, as the product page says that Each adapter has its own serial number. and the adapters have good Linux support.
You might be thinking of the workarounds described in this page - the Multiplayer adapters and pre-4.2 kernels (old) section - , but that situation has changed and multi-controller adapters are working fine with current RetroPie.

Yeah, that is the page where I read about the workarounds :) I was a bit unsure if there were other differences to think about, but it sounds like it is safe to go for a multiplayer adapter. Thanks for the info.
