Help! I changes pcsx to analog sticks and now roms wont load

As you can tell from my name I am very noobish at Pi when I changed it to analog sticks the roms stoped loading I checked the roms folder and only .bin files were there no .cue for all games please someone help?

How did you change to analog sticks ? Can't you just change it back ? -
I used the in emulater pcsx analog stick changer now I cant change it back
