      @quicksilver An update: I’ve ugraded everything and just realised that the audio issues gets better when I use a different theme. Some games also gets better if I use another emulator.

      Now I can live with the slight hissing and white noise...

        @SnakeMcBeefbeef the theme you are using shouldn't affect that at all. I wonder if the 3.5mm cable you are using is causing some issues and you are getting feedback from the TV. Have you tried a different 3.5mm cable?

          @quicksilver It might be... However it's connected to an hdmi monitor. As I mentioned, the hiss is slightly more audible when I use, CRT for an example, when the metadata is scrolling. It was less audible when I switched to the Pixel theme.
