New consoles with RetroAchievements support

Recently we, at RetroAchievements.org, started to support Atari 7800, and ColecoVision. Some notes:
- Atari 7800: use ProSystem core (aka lr-prosystem in RetroPie). It's installed by default, but I recommend an "Update from source".
- ColecoVision: use blueMSX core (aka lr-bluemsx in RetroPie). You'll have to install it, find it in the optional packages list. I strongly recommend an "Install from source", cause it got a fix to correctly support cheevos very recently. You'll also have to find a BIOS for ColecoVision as pointed in the docs.
I've updated the docs accordingly:
P.S.: we also added support to PC-8000/8800 computers, but unfortunately there's no libretro core for it. Then, if you want to enjoy it, you'll have to use the standalone emulator found on our downloads page, which is Windows only.

Oh, I forgot to mention...
To play ColecoVision with blueMSX core you'll also have to get the BIOS, as pointed out in the docs: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Colecovision/#lr-bluemsx-bios
I've updated the OP with this info.
