Not sure if the devs have seen this listing. On Amazon. com : hxxps://www.amazon.com/Retropie-11-000-Games-Raspberry-Pi/dp/B07GRBRXX4

Just thought I'd give you a heads up. Too bad all that revenue didn't go to the rightful people responsible for our pleasure time. Shame really.

I don't know why isn't it possible to report in Amazon. This is clearly illegal. And you should also delete the link, as this is not allowed here.

@thelostsoul The link isn't active..as far as the rules seem to be here..don't post an active link to scammers..not sure why your being hostile. If it wasn't allowed I'm sure the team here would have deleted it. My post has been here since yesterday and is still here. Just wanted to give a heads up.

@ByteThis it's ok to post a non working link like that. Thanks for the heads up. I do takedowns from Amazon sometimes. But it's a losing battle. These sites have no interest in policing their content and it's time consuming to submit requests.

@ByteThis Well okay, sorry. It was a wrong assumption by experience with different platforms and wasn't meant to be offensive. Amazon should implement some sort of reporting such illegal products.

@thelostsoul I can submit a request for copyright or trademark breach. Doesn't always work, isn't that fast when it does, and the next day more appear.

Google fake memory cards in regards to Amazon marketplace. There's a bunch of blogs and articles. Nothing has changed despite some of the replies from Amazon.

Facebook and eBay care even less. In the end for my own sanity I try and ignore it and get on with things.

Check this podcast btw. Jay LaCroix mentions the issue with sellers. What he says regarding the risk to the future of projects like this is pretty much how I see it.

@BuZz Sites..scammers..facebook pages..everybody is cashing in all the hard working volunteering folks dedicated to this DIY project on their own free time..technology and greed among other issues are a burden to society nowadays.
I can't imagine what you folks have to endure on your end.

@thelostsoul No offense taken. Big well known websites are greedy and as long as they get their cut of the cash..they turn a blind eye.
                    Is all good.

@ByteThis It's only logical. There clearly is a demand for complete Pi+Retropie packages as many people don't have the skills or the time to create it themselves (and they probably don't think twice about the illegality of it all). And when websites like Amazon and Ebay ignore these violations it will only get worse. These sellers might benefit as well from Nintendo taking down rom hosting sites, as people might see these complete packages as the only way to get (a lot of) games. I'm sure Nintendo will act on it at some point when the market gets big enough. Let's hope that Retropie doesn't get caught in the crossfire.
