      Hello,

      I have a wired Xbox 360 gamepad, which works well.
      But the hotkeys often doesn't work.
      The main problem (for me) is the load state function.
      When I press hotkey + right shoulder (default), I can save the state. A file is cteated in the filesystem.
      When I press hotkey + left shoulder (default) the emulator stops instead of loading the state.
      The same happens if I press hotkey + start. But this is correct.

      If I play a while (30min, 1 or 2 hours, I dont know) I can load a state with hotkey + left shoulder.

      I only used the N64 emulator with mupen.

      Does anyone have any idea what this is or how I can fix it?

      Thanks in advance

        @draekster check

        /opt/retropie/configs/all/autoconf.cfg

        and verify that

        mupen64plus_audio = "0"

          Thank you very much. It works!?
          But why

          mupen64plus_audio = "0"

          (it was enabled (= "1"))?

          I mean this is an audio option. What does this have to do with key assignments? Is this a bug or do I just not understand the context?

            If

            mupen64plus_audio = "0"

            Then it uses sdl for audio instead of omx. For whatever reason the omx audio plugin makes save states not function properly. You'll also notice that sdl audio plugin provides a more reasonable default volume level and the audio doesn't cut out as much if the game isn't running full speed.

              Okay, so a bug.
              I would never have thought of it by myself.

              Thank you very much.
