Amiga CD32 UAE file launching from EmulationStation...created it, but now what do I do?

I see this helpful post, and have created my UAE file (first one to test) in the hope of opening my Amiga CD32 games directly from EmulationStation, instead of having to change the disc each time I get one working and I want to play another (a pain...)...but I don't know what I do after I create this UAE file (it is in the same folder as my Rom)...but am I supposed to SCRAPE the new file into the EmulationStation and open it directly instead of the CUE/ISO? ...or do I load something from within the Amiberry main GUI to set this up? Thanks.
