Logos appearing with white backgrounds

Working on a new theme, I made a whole bunch of custom logos and when I try to load them with ES, all the backgrounds are white. Despite appearing as transparent in every editor I try.
If someone could help me out and look into these and help me figure out why these aren't showing up right, that'd be appreciated.
I am very much a noob when it comes to vector editing.
