N64 Games use GPIO Pins
-
Hello,
we use a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with Retropie on it.
An LED Strip (WS2812) is also connected to the GPIO Pin BCM18 or BCM12 which we control with a script at startup.
When playing N64 games the LED strip changes color (only at N64 games).
Does anyone have any idea why the N64 games access the GPIO pins or how to disable it?
Thanks.

@kfleischmann This seems like a custom build - not something standard in a RetroPie installation. Check the onstart/onend script, they might have something to do with it - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Runcommand/#runcommand-onstart-and-runcommand-onend-scripts.
