Aimtrak gun not being seen by AdvanceMame but seen in Jstest

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I ran Jtest, weird thing is it sees Ultimarc at js2 and js3. If you notice in the picture the JS3 one is correct as I pull trigger and move gun the axes are changing. Also it comes up as 'joystick'. Is this normal? I hookeup up to PC and made sure it was set to 'emulate mouse'
So when I run the input test - /opt/retropie/emulators/advmame-1.4/bin/advm
I only see 2 mouse devices... trackball and wireless keyboard/mouse.
The aimtrak doesn't even show. Anyone have any suggestions?
