      @sparkysanxion Thanks. Will check - What system are you running on btw ? Please provide more information when posting as it helps us to debug the issue.

        BTW did you update RetroPie-Setup first ? You didn't just update that emulator for example ? (or did you do a full update which will ensure retropie-setup is updated).

          @BuZz sorry.
          I'm running a Standard Raspberry Pi3 (not B+) Using the latest pre built blank image (otehr than running this Amiberry update). Have a dualshock4 connected via usb, and a wireless keyboard.
          Also, yes.. I only updated the emulator (after updating the setup script)....but I didn't update anything else (should I have?)

            @sparkysanxion Try unplugging the ds4 controller - I seem to remember there is some problem with these controllers on the new version (but I could be confusing it with something else I need to check the amiberry issue tracker).

              So long as you updated the setup script first it should be fine.

                @BuZz yep....looks like the ds4 was the issue.
                Just connected my 8bitdo SNES controller, and all seems fine.

                Thanks again for your help. I’ll keep an eye on the Amiberry github or whatever, see if it gets a fix.

                Cheers.

                  @sparkysanxion It could be related to this one

                  https://github.com/midwan/amiberry/issues/542

                  You could add that it affects your controller to this issue - unfortunately I don't have this controller to test, but I do have another one I may be able to reproduce it with and provide upstream with more information.

                  As there has been a few issues with the new amiberry I think I may add the older version back also, so users can switch to that if needed.

                        I believe the problem is the same as

                        https://github.com/midwan/amiberry/issues/542

                        I have debugged it and described on the ticket how to fix it so you may not need the workaround soon I hope.
