Games restart When I crouch and hit

Don't know how to search for this issue I tried. I think it has something to do with savestates
Im on orangepi one with a retrogamepad
When I load a game and start playing , the game tries to do something with savestates when I press down and hit. aka crouch and main action button. aka crouch attack.

I tried looking into all the key bindings for savestates but it seems that savestates is
NOT ON. in the menu.

I tried finding other places it could be bound but I seem to be stuck.
Where can I look to see if I can remap this. ?
Im running ROPI 4.0

ROPI is not affiliated with RetroPie or this forum. We don't support 3rd party images, that is outlined in the 1st help & support topic - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
Try using their forums or support channel(s), the configuration on the ROPI is different than on a RetroPie installation.
