      How long should I let the paste that came with my vilros set sit? I placed it at around 4 today.

        @Barkers you don't have to let it sit. Just apply the thermal paste and then put on the heatsink/cooler that came with your kit.

          Another heavily (and sometimes very emotionally) discussed topic is the form the paste should be applied. In that regard, I found this video very illuminating. Thermal paste applied under a glass pane to see it spread in real time. :)

            @Clyde I think Linus did a video about it to end the debate once and for all. In the end, it didn't matter because temps were the same.
