Hello, I'm considering installing Retropie on my Raspbian system, but since I already have many uses of the Raspberry, I want to know whether I will still have my Raspbian system intact or I should buy another Raspberry dedicated to retro gaming. Can anyone explain the impacts to me ?

@Eirikr you can run retropie along with raspbian since that's what retropie is built on or you can just maintain two separate sd cards or you can dual boot one, or you can have two Pi's... Doesn't really matter, it's a personal preference

Ok. Thanks for your quick answer. I understand that my applications, parameters, etc. will be kept and I'll be able to use Retropie «as an application » (quotes mean I know it's slightly different from a usual application), along with other uses.
