      First of all, thanks to everyone working on bringing my childhood memories back to life.

      Issue description:

      I have a single PS4 controller, one standard mouse and one keyboard connected to my retropie. ALL three are connected via USB cable.

      Everything works fine - except the PS4 controller which does not work when I launch amiga games with WHDboot. The games launch fine, just no active controller. The controller works fine in the main interface.

      From the documentation, I have come to the conclusion that my issue must be related to the default controller choice which is controlled by /opt/retropie/configs/amiga/amiberry/whdboot/hostprefs.conf

      Since I only have a single USB connected controller, I assumed that this would be the correct configuration, but I must have misunderstood something.

      CONTROLLER_1=joy1
      ;CONTROLLER_2=joy2
      ;CONTROLLER_3=joy0
      ;CONTROLLER_4=
      CONTROLLER_MOUSE_1=joy1
      ;CONTROLLER_MOUSE_2=joy2
      ;RETROARCH_QUIT=TRUE
      ;RETROARCH_MENU=TRUE
      ;RETROARCH_RESET=TRUE
      ;KEY_FOR_QUIT=F12
      ;KEY_FOR_MENU=F11
      ;DEADZONE=
      STEREO_SPLIT=1
      ;SOUND_ON=FALSE
      ;ASPECT_RATIO_FIX=TRUE
      ;FRAMESKIP=TRUE

      The weird thing is that the controller has worked a few times (maybe 2 out of 25). I have also noticed that the controller sometimes does not respond immediately in the main retroarch interface after exiting a game. Like it is asleep and needs to wake up or something similar.
