Just finished the build, has raspberry pi 4 I double checked all my wiring. I bought the 4 player joystick/button pack with all the wiring and usb encoders. All the LED lights work in the buttons and all 4 joysticks work. Its a 6 button layout and only the middle bottom button works on all 4 players. It activates the menu screen and the exits the menu when pushed again. I can't get any button to select to configure the buttons. I unplugged 3 of the usb's to leave 1 player and no difference. I can scroll through all the consoles on retro pie but can't select anything. I have the Cana kit that comes with the power supply. I bought the sd card with retro pie for the pi4 off amazon. Any help would be great

We don't support 3rd party images and selling RetroPie pre-loaded is against the project's license - https://retropie.org.uk/about/legal/.

You should ask the vendor/scammer for support or just get a refund.

I do apologize I didn't see the 3rd party part. I will do a manual install of retro pie and hope that works Thanks

@niners4952 Note that the Pi4 support is still in a work in progress, so you'll have to perform a manual installation (https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Manual-Installation/). Even so, expect some things not to work or have bugs.
