Is it possible to update the RetroPie binaries with the latest official ScummVM 2.1.1 release?

There's some new features like enabling english subtitles for Gabriel Knight 2 that a lot of users will welcome.

Let's see if it compiles and we can change the version in RetroPie's repository.

I see @mitu already took care of bumping the version number, so you just have to wait for the PR to be accepted now and rebuild! (if you don't want to wait for official binaries in RetroPie's server).

The version has been bumped in the RetroPie script. Installing from source should install 2.1.1 - you can test it, but compilation takes some time (even on a Pi4).

Thanks @mitu, 2.1.1 builds successfully from source and runs properly. I was able to test Gabriel Knight 2 with the newly implemented english subtitles.
I will test more games and features today.
