-
So, after a huge amount of research, a long and arduous wait for Adafruit shipping, and an Amazon gift card, I now have almost everything I need to make a handheld. Parts:
KUMAN 3.5 inch touch screen
Raspberry Pi 0 W
PocketJuice 5000 mAh portable charger
32 GB Sandisk Ultra micro SD card
Rii micro USB Y-cable
Apple headphones
Mini HDMI to VGA adapter with built-in audio jack
Ipega PG-9157I still need:
VGA cable
USB keyboardAny comments, ideas, suggestions, or pointers are appreciated.

UPDATE! I've set up a temporary build from an image I stumbled upon on LCD-wiki.

Sorry for the delay.

@IceChes1 Umm..if you tried to post some pics..there is nothing showing.
-
I didn't
I'm playing on it right now and it works nicely. -
Sorry I could only do one picture. Maximum file size limits.

It's held together with hot glue. One of the thumbsticks is messed up. Those spacers between the controller and the screen are actually legos. The thing labeled VCE is an adapter allowing me to plug a pair of earbuds into the mini HDMI port.
Contributions to the project are always appreciated, so if you would like to support us with a donation you can do so here.
