Sega CD opens as Master System (overlays)

Hi!
I am using bezel project for overlays. My Sega CD roms open as Master System when starts the rom , show overlay of the same game but master system.For example, i launch mega cd batmat returns (europe), but in game i see master system batman returns (europe) overlays.
I am desperate, I have deleted from the \Retropie\configs\all\retroarch\config\Genesis Plus GX folder all the sega cd game configs and they still come out.

I don't use bezel project but in my case they were configured to the same emulator, genesis-gx to run master system, genesis and sega cd. I configured it to genesis since there is over 600 games and manually set the other two's each game through retroarch's overlay. Then saved each game's override.
