Standalone Rpi4
-
Hello,
i dont know if its for some stupid reason the Waveshare 7" (800x480[b]) screen, or its my 8bitdo SN30 Pro in DInput mode (Start+B)but,On opening the menu, it wont display Anything till a button's pressed, and then inputs almost seem Random making using that menu an infuriating test in not going Mad!
i just want to map controls and set Left/Right (top=Left/Bottom=right) screen orientation as the Retroarch DeSuMe core is laggy even after being overclocked.
is there something im missing to this?
im using an Rpi4B (4GB Ram Model), the 4.5.13 Rpi4 image, and the power supply is the included one from the kit thru Canakit -

Performance with desume is not good on raspberry pi, even on the pi 4.

if its available for rpi4 try installing drastic-ds youll need a keyboard connected to my knowlage to correctly map the inputs the first time round but it runs brilliantly even on a pi3
