If i downloaded a emulator and rom and the files are missing how do I get them back

@loginn This is a RetroPie dedicated forum, not a general emulation site. You might have more luck asking in a dedicated Android/mobile site.

I think he may be using RetroArch for Android and hoped for this place to be of help. However, this is a RetroPie site and not a general RetroArch site.
