@vasquez109 Which parts are you struggling with ?
Pi Model is printed on the board, but also displayed in RetroPie-Setup - version is displayed in RetroPie-Setup.

The Pi model and power supply details. Its just a plain black plug.

@vasquez109 pi model is displayed in RetroPie-Setup in latest version (as is the RetroPie version). Psu should have some info on it. Is this something you have bought with RetroPie preinstalled? If so you will need to install a fresh image from our site to get support etc.

No. My partner bought this off amazon and I had to put retropie on it.
Thank you.

if you look at the amazon product description it should describe the power supply, and indeed the pi model.

Erm...I dont have a gamelists folder. Is that the cause? I do have a retropie\configs\all\emulationstation\gamelists\ folder though. If it is the one, every folder within there has a gamelist.xml file in. Is it the one in 'zxspectrum' im deleting? As that was the system I was using when it all went wrong?
Thank you.
