      Hi all,

I have attempted to disable the frame counter for each system. No matter what, every time a new game is started - it turns back on.

I have tried to disable it in the following ways:

During a game - Through the menu with hot key: disables temporarily. I try to save configuration file and it says it fails. So I save it as a new one. Even when loading the 'new one' - the frame counter is back on.

Through the Retropie Menu - Retroarch: disable frame count. It will save here -- but then it is turned back on when starting any emulator.

By editing the retroarch.cfg file manually (in opt/all). Frame count is already set to false! So I'm still not sure why it keeps turning on?

      Any help is appreciated.

      Thank you!
