      Hi,
I followed the guide Running-ROMs-from-a-USB-drive and moved all the roms to the USB drive. Now I am stuck. How do I delete the old roms of the SD Card now that /home/pi/RetroPie is mapped to the USB drive? I am sure there's an easy way, but I can't find any solutions after searching this forum. All I find is people saying delete the roms from this path /home/pi/RetroPie/roms, which wont work as it will delete them from the USB.

      thanks,

Remove the USB drive, reboot RetroPie, then delete the ROM files, keeping the folders intact. Insert the USB back and then restart EmulationStation, you should have your ROMs back.
