Retropie 4.6 and lr-mame2010 menu (tab menu)
-
I just installed the new Retropie 4.6 image on my raspberry 4 (2Gb ram) and lr-mame2010 from binary .
I open the tab menu (as in lr-mame2003) in the game and can modify the analog setting, but i can't modify keys setup for single game/general, because mame crash if i try.
The tab menu in mame2003 is much helpful.
The only game i tryed is Point Blank 1 and 2
Is it normal? You can edit this options? -
Looks like a known issue - there's a bug opened in the upstream project already.

Ok. Thank you very much.
I was worried because I couldn't find anyone, in web, to complain about it. -
@Chupachups This happens to me too. I edit the controls through RGUI for lr-mame2010 and save a remap file.

Hi
Im getting similar issues in ADV Mame. when i remap the keys for my xbox360 controller its not saving the mapping.
-
@Dopedtoinfinity Ok. It's not very important. I can play the game.
But that because with my most comfortable button it opens the mame2010 volume adjustment and I can't change it in its gui.
I must use another button for fire. -
Actually, with Retopie 4.7.1 lr-mame2010 TAB menu, input general/this game is OK.
But... on one of my RPI4, Retropie 4.7.1, i don't see, in lr-mame2003 TAB menu, the inpur general/this game. I see only dip switch, analog controls etc.
What have I done? :-o
There is an option to disable/enable them from retroarch?
EDIT: Solved! retroarch>quick menu>options>Legacy remapping (!NETPLAY) on/off
